Shopping is already something that many people struggle with. It is not strictly a man vs woman situation any more; some men love it, others hate it, while some women fit the bill and others are a curve ball. The idea of not liking shopping, though, is an odd one. Everyone buys things – that itself is the act of shopping. What people dislike is the event of shopping; the walking around from shop to shop, place to place, looking at prices, cuts, styles and options instead of getting in, buying what you need, and getting out.
But travelling to shop? That could be a step too far for many people. For those people a trip to Amazon might be too far, but the idea of jumping in the car or on the train and travelling to a major city simply to shop? Or travelling to an exclusive shopping centre and spending a day traipsing around shops? That is a nightmare for many people.
